Ikepod had the problem of perception; it’s simple form made the horology world see it as a non-complex timepiece, not worth the price tag. The brand needed a consumer facing idea that would voice one idea: to achieve pure simplicity one must go beyond the complex. The solution was “The Complexity of Simplification”.
